On behalf of all authors submitting their individual or collective articles or books for publication in the Jordanian International Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences (ARYAM), published by the Jordan Center for Research and Studies, the corresponding author must sign and submit a Copyright Transfer Agreement, which acknowledges and warrants that the submitted article has not been previously published, is not under consideration for publication elsewhere except as an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis, and does not contain any obscene, vulgar, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material. Upon acceptance of the article, this agreement transfers copyright from the author(s) to the Jordan Center for Research and Studies (ARYAM), which protects the author(s)’ copyrighted material without assigning any ownership rights.

ACCESS

The Jordan Center for Research and Studies, Aryam, and the Center’s peer-reviewed international scientific journals are fully committed to the Open Access Initiative and will provide immediate, free access to all articles as soon as they are published. This means that users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles published on the Center’s platform and in the journal, or use them for any other legal purpose.

The Jordanian Center for Research and Studies and the journals issued by the Center will include the following note on the first page of the published text:
